When opening Admin>Admin home on a Windows-Server, you get the Error-Message:

This is might be related that the Server needs a proxy to connect to the Internet but i'm not sure how to set it up in Apache/PHP (Using Apache 2.2.2, MySQL 5.0.21, PHP 5.1.4 + PHP 4.4.2-pl1 + PEAR, Server W2003 R2)User Rajesh got the same Error:
