OpenID support was removed before the release of Tiki25, so it's still in Tiki24 LTS

tiki-login_openid.php -> when offering "Associate OpenID with an existing Tikiwiki account", don't show the OpenID box again as it's illogical to add OpenID. - tiki-login_openid.php module login_box shouldn't appear on this page
- openid_url icon is not working properly for all themes (strasa is OK, but fivealive is not)

- It is not the same but we added https://gitlab.com/tikiwiki/tiki/-/merge_requests/653 and we have SAML

- Yes, let's remove. Anyone who still uses can stay on Tiki 24LTS for a long while. SAML + OpenID Connect support has been added since.
